How to get help, send in-app feedback, and report privacy-related requests.

Contact paths

In-app feedback form

  • Requires at least 50 characters.
  • Includes technical diagnostics such as app version, build number, platform, and an install identifier.
  • Does not attach your image content automatically.
  • Can be temporarily rate limited if you submit too many reports in a short period.

Include this in bug reports or support emails

  • Device model
  • OS version
  • Numbered reproduction steps
  • Expected result and actual result
  • Screenshot or short video if possible

Privacy and data requests

  • Include your waitlist email address for deletion requests.
  • Delete the app to remove local app data.

Before contacting support

  • Run the checks in Troubleshooting.
  • Verify the issue still happens after restart.
  • Verify the issue is not caused by export format or size settings.
  • If the issue is billing-related, try Restore purchases first.
