How to get help, send in-app feedback, and report privacy-related requests.

In-app feedback form
- Requires at least
50characters. - Includes technical diagnostics such as app version, build number, platform, and an install identifier.
- Does not attach your image content automatically.
- Can be temporarily rate limited if you submit too many reports in a short period.
Include this in bug reports or support emails
- Device model
- OS version
- Numbered reproduction steps
- Expected result and actual result
- Screenshot or short video if possible
Privacy and data requests
- Include your waitlist email address for deletion requests.
- Delete the app to remove local app data.
Before contacting support
- Run the checks in Troubleshooting.
- Verify the issue still happens after restart.
- Verify the issue is not caused by export format or size settings.
- If the issue is billing-related, try Restore purchases first.
